GET ME OUT OF HERE

Puppies all got bathes the other day.....they were outside playing and decided it was a good idea to dig up the rose bush!! They were all covered in mud and very happy!! Most didnt mind being bathed...some made a big fuss.

They also started sleeping in crates, 3 to a crate and as you can see from the pictures, the 1st night they were not very happy :)

They are growing like weeds, here are their 7 week weights

PERSONALITY CHECK

The puppies are all very active now and reallly starting to show their personalities. Dancer is very quiet and sweet, one of the smaller pups at #6 15oz. She is very gentle with her paws and is quite content.Cupid is very active, waiting in hiding to attack her dads legs as he walks past her. She is the biggest girl at #7 15oz. Comet is a very very cute boy and he will search out my boyfriends legs to hide behind. Too many girls in the house :)! He is a big boy at #8 12oz. Donner is very inqusitive and is the first puppy to investigate something. She is #7 03oz. She loves it outside and is the last one to come in. Blitzen is very mellow but loves to wrestle with her siblings. She is #6 15oz she may be one of the smaller pups but can hold her own.Dasher is very active and is found playing with my 12 week old puppy more than her litter mates. She is #7 10oz. Samson is not going to know what happened when this firecracker comes to stay in his house!!

DISCOVERING MR. BOX

Lots of changes with the puppies this week. They have really started to explore. Put water down for them to drink for the 1st time, they were all very curious and most gave themselves a face wash. Snobella eventually walked over and started drinking the water, then all the puppies figured out what to do.....now it's play time at the water bowl and they spend more time playing in the water than drinking it!! We have a very long flat box that the puppies play queen of the castle on. they all just love the sound it makes when they run across it or if tap your fingers on it. Also another first today was a romp in the snow..... We got a few inches of snow and all the puppies were eager to get outside. They only stayed out a few minutes and back in.

4 weeks old

All the puppies are doing well. They are taking to the Pablum meal very well. I can put the bowl down and tap the top with a spoon and they all come running. Starting to add a bit of puppy food, they seem to really enjoy this.

They are up and on their feet, scooting around very fast and are starting to get adventurous.
