3 WEEKS OLD

Boy have these gals/guy started to change. They are all up and on their feet, kinda wobbly still but man can they move. They're also starting to get very vocal when they want some chow. To celebrate their 3 week anniversary they will be eating some goats milk and pablum.....very messy but puppies just love it and I am sure these gals/guy will be no exception!! :)


Pink girl escaped from the box a couple days ago. She was chasing Snobella trying to get more food......very soon they will be moving to a larger area on a foam mat so they can start to explore a bit more.


Tootsie Roll(black boy) from talini's Litter snuck in and jumped into the baby puppies whelping box. He was so gentle all the little ones were climbing all over him, so sweet.... didn't have the camera handy tho, so no pic :(. Above picture is of Raisin(purple boy from Talini's litter) waiting to have his turn to play with the babies.



Chow time went really well today, they all got right in and got themselves covered in pablum. Purple girl figured it out the fastest and got most of it. Pink and Red girl figured it out soon after. black boy was a bit more reserved and got more on this head, so did green girl and blue girl. Will be interesting to see what happens tomorrow.

TWO WEEKS OLD

Puppies continue to grow and have started to really be able to move, still not quite on their feet tho. By this morning all the puppies eyes are completely open now. They have started to look around a bit more and seem to be more aware of their suroundings. Snobella is feeling a bit more comfortable and is leaving them for longer periods of time.......the slightest whimper from them gets her running back tho. The puppies have had lots of kids and adults oohing and aahhing over them the past week. The 7 week old puppies are very curious and when hearing them whine, will go into the room and look over the box at them!!

ONE WEEK OLD TODAY

The puppies are one week old today. All are doing well, eating lots and growing like weeds. Snobella started off being super protective of her babies, she has relaxed a little bit and will let you pick them up and hold them for a few minutes until she wants them back. still runs outside, pees and comes right back in within seconds. she is a really silly girl and refuses to have any blankets under her and the puppies, constantly kicking them off....silly girl. Puppies had their first outting, went to the Vet to have dew claws removed Dec 8th.
